Thank you for shopping with choicedress! This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping fees, processing time, delivery terms, and related rules for all orders placed on our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. Shipping Fee

We adopt a flat-rate shipping fee for all valid orders. A fixed shipping fee of$4.99 USD will be charged per order, regardless of the order amount, item quantity, or shipping distance. No additional hidden shipping charges will be added during or after checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and regional statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. We strictly inspect all items before shipment to ensure product quality.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is5–10 business days for most regions. Delivery time is for reference only and may be slightly delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as logistics peak seasons, weather conditions, customs inspection, and regional delivery restrictions. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates but will try our best to ensure timely delivery.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

Please confirm your accurate and complete shipping address (including recipient name, phone number, detailed address, and zip code) when placing an order. We will ship orders strictly according to the address you filled in. Address modification is not supported after the order is shipped. Any delivery failure, return or loss caused by incorrect address information provided by customers shall be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and tracking link to your registered email address. You can check the real-time logistics status of your package at any time. If you cannot receive the tracking information within 3 working days after payment, please contact our customer service team in time.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the package is returned due to customer reasons (including but not limited to wrong address, unclaimed package, refused delivery, etc.), the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping cost. If you still need the goods, you need to place a new order and pay the corresponding shipping fee again. We do not offer free re-delivery service.

7. Shipping Exceptions & Delays

choicedress is not responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, logistics system failures, customs delays, epidemic control policies, and other uncontrollable situations. We will actively follow up on the logistics progress and notify customers of relevant updates in a timely manner.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update and adjust this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The latest policy will take effect immediately after being posted on our official store page. Please check our shipping policy regularly.
